ORDER CANCELLATION

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped:

Prepaid:

·        Changed your mind? No worries 

·        You will receive a 100% refund, processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.

COD:

·        As no payment is made in advance, no refund is applicable.

Cancellation After Shipment

·        If your order has already been shipped, you may still request cancellation before delivery by contacting our Customer Support Team. CUSTOMER SUPPORT NO - 9175072746

·        Once the product is returned to us and verified, a 100% refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.

 

After Delivery

·        Once the order has been delivered, cancellation is not applicable.

·        However, if you receive a wrong or damaged item, you may raise a request within 1 days of delivery.

 

check package before delivery, if you found it tempered from anywhere or having cello tape on package then kindly return it to courier as it is.

For damaged or incorrect item claims, we recommend send video to help us resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Important Note: To verify claims of wrong or damaged items, we require an unboxing video starting before you open the package and ending after clearly showing the issue. Without this video, we won't be able to accept your claim.

Always open package by creating video

·         show full package from all side,

·        show TRACKING number clearly in video,

·        cut package to open in front of video,

·        check the item you received is correct or not.

·        now if everything is fine you can remove that video.

·        you need this video in case of any wrong product received or any fraud happen.

Slight variations in design, pattern, or finish due to handcrafted nature are normal and not considered defects.

UNQUALIFIED CASES FOR CLAIMS

  • Items that have been washed, cleaned, or exposed to chemicals
  • Products that have been altered or modified
  • Missing original packaging, box, tags, or accessories
  • Items with missing or damaged serial numbers

Procedure to return a product

Prepare return package with all the original contents

·        product with its original packaging and label.

  • We don't support reversal pickup facility. hence, you need to send the courier back to us.
  • For the damaged product returns, you will be reimbursed up to Rs 100 towards your shipping costs, if returned product(s) passes our Quality Check.
